Old „lebbencs” in pot
Ingredients for 10
- 50 dkg „Família lebbencs” pasta
- 25 dkg smoked bacon
- 25 dkg smoked thin sausage
- 50 dkg potato
- 30 dkg red onions
- 30 dkg green pepper
- 30 dkg tomato
- 3 quarter garlic
- salt
Instructions
Melt the cubed bacon’s fat in a pot, take away the fried bacon, carefully stir and fry the „lebbencs” pasta in it, add and fry thin cut red onions. Add 3 times as much hot water, a little salt, and all ingredients, except for sausage. Stir carefully and shake the pot over gentle fire, cook until half done, add the previously fried slices of sausage. Add water if necessary, and cook until ready for serving.
Chef’s recommendation
Add some half-dried spice pepper to the „lebbencs” pasta during cooking, to enjoy a rich, delicate spicy flavor.
