Csaba town’s delicacies with „little horn” noodle („szarvacska”)
Ingredients for 4
- 30 dkg „Família” „szarvacska” noodle
- 40 dkg pork tenderloin
- 15 dkg Kolozsvár Bacon
- 15 dkg smoked thin sausage
- 10 dkg red onions
- 15 dkg green peppers
- 25 dkg tomatos
- 2 quarter garlic, salt, freshly ground white pepper

Instructions
Take a pan to melt the Kolozsvár bacon’s fat, add the thin slices of red onion and garlic carefully fried on fat, then add stripes of green pepper, a little salt, and fry for a glassy texture. Add the stripes of pork tenderloin, salt, and fry. Add tomatos and slices of quickly fried thin sausage, steam the mix together, and add some freshly ground pepper. Cook the noodles according to the packaging instructions, filter, and serve in portions, stir into the ragout, top it with thin cut parsley and chives.

For pan dishes use an iron pan to fry at even temperature, and to make sure that ingredients preserve their flavor.
